Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide one-on-one outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.

  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.

  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and rehabilitation staff to optimize patient outcomes.

  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Master of Physical Therapy (MPT), or equivalent degree from an accredited program.

  • Active California Physical Therapist License or eligibility for California licensure.

  • Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.

  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
