Job Description
DSS has immediate sorter positions for 1st and 2nd shifts.
Make up to $640 weekly

Responsibilities:
  • Sort packages, products, and materials by destination, size, or category.
  • Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to a supervisor.
  • Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles as needed.
  • Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly warehouse.
  • Label, scan, and prepare shipments using warehouse equipment and scanners.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Work with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or sorting experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
  • Basic math and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Shift flexibility
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
  • On occasion the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
