Bachelor's degree, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiation Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide essential care for patients ranging from neonates to adults with acute and diverse medical needs. In this important capacity, you’ll support a dedicated clinical team by delivering high-quality respiratory therapy in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will help make an immediate impact on patient health and recovery.

Schedule:

  • 3x12 hour night shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am)
  • Contract position (urgent backfill)

Qualifications:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with current NBRC credential
  • Valid Oklahoma Respiratory License
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications (AHA)
  • NRP certification
  • Minimum of 6 months prior respiratory therapy experience
  • Proficiency in Cerner electronic health record/charting
  • Comfortable caring for patients from neonates to adults who are acutely ill

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care interventions to patients with a broad spectrum of medical conditions
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in alignment with current guidelines and facility protocols
  • Respond promptly to code situations and participate as a vital member of the rapid response team
  • Assess patient progress and adjust therapy accordingly
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members to develop and review treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner systems to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Educate patients and families about respiratory therapy procedures and pulmonary health
