This position spans the 2026-2027 school year and offers the chance to support students, educators, and families with your expertise in school psychology. You'll work closely with two school locations, engaging with a diverse student population and collaborating with multidisciplinary education teams to foster positive learning environments.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active and valid School Psychologist license in Minnesota
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Strong aptitude for building relationships with students, families, and staff
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and assessment skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing case loads and dynamic school environments
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive student evaluations to support special education eligibility and program planning
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff on intervention strategies, 504 plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation as needed
  • Help create positive behavior support strategies and enhance school-wide initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
  • Effectively balance priorities across two site locations
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
