Make a positive impact on students’ lives as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract role supporting vibrant school communities near Fall River, MA. We are seeking dedicated professionals for two full-time, in-person positions and three maternity leave covers. You’ll play an essential role delivering high-quality speech-language services to a diverse caseload of students.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • ASHA SLP certification with at least 2-3 years of post-certification experience
  • Skilled in pediatric speech-language pathology and familiar with SLP-CCC and SLP-CFY requirements
  • Previous work within school settings; comfortable addressing a range of communication needs
  • Experience with teletherapy considered an asset
  • Willingness and capacity to supervise up to three SLPAs, each managing a caseload of up to 55 students
  • Knowledgeable in special education eligibility evaluations (initial and re-evaluation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support SLPAs, providing supervision on treatment planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and data collection
  • Conduct comprehensive initial and re-evaluations for special education eligibility determinations
  • Participate and present findings in all related IEP meetings (initial, annual, re-evaluation), making informed recommendations
  • Write and update IEPs for assigned students, ensuring documentation, goals, and interventions are data-driven and student-centered
  • Adapt to caseload fluctuations as they may shift with enrollment and evolving student needs
