Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state license for SLP practice (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings as needed
  • Adjust therapy approaches to meet classroom and individual student needs
  • Offer consultation and resources to teachers and caregivers as appropriate
