Key Qualifications:

• Active School Psychologist license in Texas is required.
• Experience in a K-12 school setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, interpret data, and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Commitment to promoting a positive school climate and supporting diverse learners.
• Familiarity with special education processes and legislation preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional functioning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and parents.
• Participate in problem-solving teams to address student needs and implement proactive strategies.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines.
• Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school culture.
