Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, ideally covering K-12 populations
- Familiarity with home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT settings is a plus
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Comfort with IEP development and participation in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Tech-savvy, especially if providing or participating in teletherapy sessions
- Professional communication approach, both with students and staff
- Must be able to collaborate effectively and independently manage caseload priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy for students across a K-12 caseload
- Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to develop and monitor IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to support students' motor, sensory, and adaptive functioning
- Participate in team meetings to share progress and contribute expertise
- Maintain precise, timely documentation in line with district and compliance standards
- Adapt services for in-person, home, or teletherapy delivery as needed
