This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to work within supportive school environments near Rowe, NM and the surrounding Santa Fe area. Your Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP-CCC credential
- Licensed (or eligible) as an SLP in New Mexico
- Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite, following school schedules
What You'll Do:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention to students
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to design effective treatment plans
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver support in a manner that matches your strengths—caseload and classroom assignments will depend on your experience and preference
- Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
