School Speech Language Pathologist - Rowe, NM

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC credential
• Licensed (or eligible) as an SLP in New Mexico
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite, following school schedules

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy and intervention to students
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Conduct assessments and interpret results to design effective treatment plans
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Deliver support in a manner that matches your strengths—caseload and classroom assignments will depend on your experience and preference
• Document progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements
