This onsite Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant role centers on a caseload of 3-year-olds through 1st graders, with a range of needs including articulation, language, and pragmatic skills. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) or eligibility to obtain
• Open to candidates with SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA backgrounds
• Experience or interest in working within a school-based setting
• Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs and other team members
• Commitment to student-centered service and fostering communication growth

Role & Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and intervention services to students in ECSE through 1st grade
• Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in areas such as articulation, language, and pragmatic communication skills
• Adapt activities and materials under supervision to address students’ varied needs
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents, teachers, and other professionals
• Document student progress and session data accurately and in a timely fashion
• Participate in team meetings and professional development, contributing to a collaborative school culture
