School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Soliant

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students strengthen their communication skills and reach their academic and personal goals while collaborating with a team of educators and specialists.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and district regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active state SLP license.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply where applicable.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
