Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) desirable, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy strongly preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapeutic interventions for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and documentation
- Provide support through both individual and group therapies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and compliance documentation
