Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Chicago, IL

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) desirable, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric or school-based therapy strongly preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapeutic interventions for students
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and documentation
• Provide support through both individual and group therapies as needed
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress notes, and compliance documentation
