Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Divisional Operations Leader for our concrete precast client to start immediately up to $130K/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Divisional Operations Leader brings clarity, consistency, and accountability across operations. This role is focused on building capable teams, creating scalable processes, and strengthening operational performance through clear metrics and continuous improvement. The leader owns day-to-day execution, removes inefficiencies, and helps improve profitability while ensuring the business delivers strong results for employees, customers, and employee owners.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, control systems, and production machinery.
- Diagnose issues with PLCs, sensors, controls, and related components.
- Read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to support maintenance and repairs.
- Use test instruments to inspect, test, and verify equipment performance.
- Assist with equipment startup, commissioning, and debugging as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and other site-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and outside contractors to support equipment uptime.
- Complete maintenance documentation, parts requests, and work order updates accurately.
- Support continuous improvement efforts to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands-on experience in electro-mechanical, electrical, or maintenance-related work.
- Background in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Experience with PLCs, control circuits, motors, and automated equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, 3-phase systems, and industrial motor controls.
- Familiarity with test equipment such as multimeters, meggers, and oscilloscopes.
- Working knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment diagnostics.
- Strong commitment to safety, including LOTO procedures and control-of-work practices.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environments preferred.
