Compensation: $90-100k/year

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Director of Human Resources, helping drive initiatives that strengthen people, processes, and business performance.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring accountability, accuracy, and timely results.
  • Anticipate challenges, proactively identify solutions, and remove obstacles to maintain momentum on key initiatives.
  • Learn new systems, processes, and business functions quickly while adapting to evolving organizational priorities.
  • Partner with leaders across departments to improve communication, collaboration, operational efficiency, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating processes, identifying gaps, and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Support organizational change efforts and help align people, processes, and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels through professionalism, responsiveness, and reliable follow-through.
  • Communicate effectively across departments, ensuring alignment of priorities and successful execution of organizational initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership through accountability, initiative, sound judgment, and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Contribute to the development of future leaders and support a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Operations, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related function.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and connect operational, financial, and people-related initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects, process improvements, or cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and accountability.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving results without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/business systems.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and organizational improvement.
  • Leadership potential with the ability to take on increasing responsibility and contribute to long-term organizational success.
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
