\n This Inventory Control position supports a well-known grocery distribution center in NE Portland with thousands of stores across the country. You will assist the Inventory Control Supervisor in maintaining inventory integrity throughout the distribution center and audit goods that ship directly to your neighborhood grocery stores.\n

\n It’s a full-time, temp-to-hire role on the swing shift schedule. You’ll be working in a team-oriented environment with many opportunities for overtime and for advancement within the company.\n

\n Inventory Control Responsibilities:\n
\n\n · Build and break down pallets to confirm the correct product is going to the correct store\n
\n\n · Assist in the daily scheduled cycle inventories\n
\n\n · Daily check all Mark-outs to verify correct inventory on hand\n
\n\n
Inventory Control Requirements:\n

\n · Able to work in a cold storage environment\n
\n\n · Possesses working knowledge of warehouse selecting and loading operations\n
\n\n · General clerical skills, including basic math\n
\n\n · Able to follow verbal and written instructions\n
\n\n · Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods\n
\n\n
