School Psychologist - Stratford, Wisconsin

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Wisconsin certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in learning and behavioral assessment techniques, including cognitive, achievement, and social-emotional measures
• Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and interpret findings to inform educational planning
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families about student needs and effective intervention strategies
• Develop and assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans
• Participate in RTI and MTSS processes to support student progress
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services as necessary
• Track and document student achievements, collaborating with staff to ensure optimal outcomes
