This engaging position is based in an outpatient clinic near Williamsville, NY, with occasional coverage extending to home health and school-based sites. There are multiple full-time openings available, each offering 37.5 hours per week.

You’ll manage a stimulating weekly caseload of roughly 40-45 treatment mandates, with dedicated paperwork time included in your schedule. The role involves providing evaluations and individualized therapy across all age groups, allowing you to broaden your clinical experience and make a meaningful difference in client lives.

Candidates who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates—experienced onsite supervision is available to support your professional development.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure (or eligible)
• Previous experience in outpatient, home health, or school settings advantageous
• Strong evaluation and therapy skills for a variety of age ranges
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload with flexibility and compassion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients ranging from pediatric to adult populations
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in accordance with clinical best practices
• Document all sessions and progress notes promptly; paperwork time is integrated into your weekly schedule
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, caregivers, and families to optimize care
• Provide support as needed to home health or school sites, ensuring continuity of services
