Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Experience working with pre-K to high school students (preferred but not required)
- Enthusiasm for providing in-person services throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy to students with a variety of communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive school atmosphere
