Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years Radiology Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals skilled in imaging, specifically Radiology Technology and X-ray Technology/Radiologic Technologist roles. The position offers a structured contract with consistent scheduling and clear expectations.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 10-hour day shifts
  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
  • Occasional on-call duties (2 shifts per month, as needed)
  • 75% holiday coverage required
  • Weekend rotation applies

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Current ARRT certification (or equivalent)
  • Active state licensure as required
  • Proficiency in performing diagnostic imaging procedures safely and efficiently
  • Strong knowledge and operation of radiology equipment and safety protocols
  • Ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and deliver quality patient care
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and specialized radiologic imaging procedures per physician orders
  • Prepare and position patients for examinations, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring accurate image capture
  • Document patient information and imaging results accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards throughout procedures
  • Provide clear communication and compassionate care to patients of all backgrounds
  • Respond promptly to on-call assignments and adapt to varying clinical demands
