Multiple contract opportunities are now open for compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessionals to work with K-12 students, supporting life skills, autism, and behavioral classrooms. These positions are available for the coming school year, and interviews will begin soon.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Prior experience as a paraprofessional, instructional aide, or in a classroom support role
  • Experience working with students with special needs (life skills, autism spectrum, behavioral needs) preferred
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable adapting to various classroom environments and student needs
  • Strong communication skills and a patient, positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of ParaPro assessment or similar credential preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to students under the direction of certified special education staff
  • Assist with academic activities, life skills training, and behavior reinforcement plans
  • Foster inclusive and productive classroom environments
  • Communicate observations and progress to educational staff
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold all school policies
