Speech Language Pathologist in New Oxford, PA

Make a difference for students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, working with school-aged children and early intervention programs in the vibrant communities near New Oxford, Gettysburg, and York. These contract positions offer you the chance to empower young learners and collaborate with educational teams throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

Openings include roles supporting both Early Intervention (ages 3-5) and K-12 students, with responsibilities tailored to your expertise. Assignments cover regular education settings, Autism support programs, and case management. You’ll work in elementary schools and dedicated Early Intervention sites, receiving dedicated paperwork time for efficiency and quality service delivery.

Desired Background & Requirements:

• Valid SLP-CCC credential, Pennsylvania SLP Certification, and Teaching Certification (required at time of application)
• Previous experience in a school environment or with pediatric populations
• Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfort managing caseloads of approximately 50-55 students in both regular and special education settings
• CFs considered if supervision fee is covered by your agency
• SLPAs not eligible for these specific onsite roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy services onsite
• Manage caseload documentation and IEP compliance
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to foster student success
• Participate in case management and support inclusion initiatives
• Provide therapy in-person, following established school schedules, and adapt interventions to student needs
