Job Description

You'll support students, families, and educational teams while utilizing your expertise and clinical skills in a flexible environment.
What we're looking for:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in California
- Hands-on experience within California school settings
- Confidence administering the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments for students ages 3–22 with diverse/multiple disabilities
- Exceptional data analysis abilities to address parent concerns and inform recommendations for services
- Proven self-starter comfortable working independently, managing a fluctuating caseload, and creating your own schedule based on shifting district needs
- Previous experience supporting mild–severe student populations in grades K–12
- Strong communication skills; Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel as needed (high likelihood of itinerant assignments)
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and consultations as student needs arise—caseloads are dynamic with no set caps
- Engaging in direct interventions and developing therapy plans focused on skill building and adaptive strategies
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams and maintaining open, empathetic communication with families
- Providing support and recommendations rooted in data, advocating effectively on behalf of each student
