Certified HVAC Maintenance Technician

$23/hr | Full‑Time | Temp‑to‑Perm | Immediate Start

We’re hiring a Certified HVAC Technician for a temp‑to‑perm role at a residential community in Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC/EPA skills plus solid plumbing experience, as the property encounters plumbing issues from time to time. CPO is NOT required. A valid Texas driver’s license is mandatory.

• Perform HVAC repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
• Handle plumbing repairs and diagnostics as needed
• Complete work orders and maintain high-quality service standards
• Ensure safety compliance and professional communication with residents and staff

• HVAC/EPA Certification required
• Strong plumbing skills
• Apartment or property maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Texas driver’s license required
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently

• Pay: $23/hour
