School Psychologist in Philadelphia, PA

This full-time position begins in early January and runs for 12 weeks as a school psychologist supporting an elementary caseload at a single school. This role is designed with flexibility in mind, offering a hybrid schedule: three days in-person (with Monday as a required onsite day), and two days conducted virtually from the location of your choice. The balance of in-person and virtual work ensures you can provide high-quality support while maintaining work-life harmony.

What we’re looking for:

• Current certification and/or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience working in educational settings, preferably at the elementary level
• Ability to conduct assessments, consult with faculty, and develop student support plans
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Comfortable utilizing technology for virtual service delivery
• Adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to serving diverse learners

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results
• Collaborating with educators, administrators, and families for student support
• Participating in IEP and 504 meetings and contributing to the development of individualized plans
• Providing direct services and consultations to students, as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and timely reports
