School Occupational Therapist - Ridgefield, Washington

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Washington state OT license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Recent experience providing OT services in elementary and/or middle school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students to determine occupational therapy needs in the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals
• Provide direct OT services to students in both group and one-on-one settings

• Monitor student progress and update documentation in accordance with school guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help shape educational accommodations as needed
