Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care in the Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patients' progress, document changes, and communicate updates with the healthcare team and families
- Educate patients and families about ongoing care, treatments, and discharge planning
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments
