Schedule/Hours:

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in the Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patients' progress, document changes, and communicate updates with the healthcare team and families
  • Educate patients and families about ongoing care, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and changing environments
