Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Previous experience in a school setting, preferably at the elementary level
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and consultation practices for children
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with diverse groups

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for elementary-age students
• Analyze assessment data and provide clear, actionable recommendations
• Develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support services
• Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and emotional well-being
• Contribute to school-wide programs promoting positive behavior and mental health
• Maintain accurate records and comply with special education laws and best practices
