Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Manchester, CT

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current BCBA certification required

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral support for students
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
• Deliver staff training on the implementation of positive behavioral strategies
• Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as necessary
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary student support teams
