Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology from an accredited institution
  • Required credentials for School Psychologists in Arizona
  • Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing intervention strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and school staff
  • Strong analytical, counseling, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work onsite; virtual options may be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer psychological assessments and interpret results to guide individualized education plans and interventions
  • Provide crisis intervention and counseling for students
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and school-based professionals on academic and behavioral concerns
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive mental health and effective learning environments
  • Support compliance with special education and school psychology guidelines as established by state and federal requirements
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation for all services and evaluations
  • May travel between schools within the district as required
