Required:
• Experience managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects in a structured environment (8 years)
• Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI/PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid) (8 years)
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans (8 years)
• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders across technical and business units (8 years)
• Experience with risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes (8 years)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting (8 years)
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) (8 years)
• Experience in ensuring compliance with organizational governance, policies, and procurement requirements (8 years)

Preferred:
• Experience working in public sector or state government environments, preferably within public safety or law enforcement agencies (1 year)
• Experience managing projects under state procurement frameworks (e.g., FAST, DIR, or similar contracts) (1 year)
• Experience managing IT system implementations, data systems, or enterprise applications (1 year)
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Lead large-scale, complex IT and business transformation projects utilizing structured methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid frameworks
• Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery within constraints
• Facilitate collaboration and manage relationships across diverse technical and business stakeholder groups, providing clear executive-level reporting
• Proactively manage project risks, track issues, and enforce formal change control processes to maintain project scope, timeline, and quality
• Ensure strict compliance with organizational governance, internal policies, and state procurement frameworks (e.g., FAST, DIR) throughout the project lifecycle
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira) to drive execution, track milestones, and manage enterprise application or data system implementations
• Apply public sector expertise to navigate state government environments, aligning project delivery with the unique regulatory and operational needs of agencies such as public safety or law enforcement
