We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join the Brisbane team on a contract-to-hire basis. What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
  • Perform daily forklift inspections and follow established safety procedures
  • Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory
  • Review inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
  • Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy initiatives
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient operations

A Typical Day

  • Operate a forklift to move products throughout the facility
  • Receive incoming shipments and stage outgoing orders
  • Scan inventory using RF scanners and update inventory systems
  • Conduct safety checks on equipment and work areas
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment while adhering to safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
  • Experience with RF scanners, inventory management, and general warehouse operations
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment responsibly
  • Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Interest in growing with a company long term
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification
  • 1+ year of forklift operating experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
