Key Qualifications:
- Active CA Occupational Therapy license
- Experience working within California schools
- Skilled in administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students ages 3–22 with a wide range of disabilities
- Strong data analysis abilities to inform and support service recommendations and address parent concerns
- Capable of building and managing your own schedule independently
- Willingness to be itinerant across multiple sites as needed
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services across FT/FSY and FT maternity leave coverage positions (maternity leave likely August–March)
- Provide comprehensive assessments, consultations, and therapy with caseloads that adjust to shifting district needs
- Engage directly with families to discuss evaluation findings and recommendations
- Work in the field largely independently, collaborating as needs arise
