Desired Qualifications:
- Holds current South Carolina certification as School Psychologist II or III
- Experience working within school settings, ideally at the elementary level
- Strong assessment, report writing, and intervention planning skills
- Effective communicator adept at collaborating with educators, administrators, and families
- Committed to providing on-site support; remote or hybrid work is not available for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational evaluations and interpret assessment data to inform educational planning
- Deliver direct and indirect support to students with diverse academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Engage with parents, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and recommend strategies
- Support crisis intervention and contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive school climate
