Quick Facts Location: Rochester Hills, MI – 3950 South Rochester Road Start Date: 05/22/2026 Duration: Permanent Shift: Standard outpatient hours (specific schedule to be discussed) Hours/Week: Full-time (40+ hours) Employment Type: Full-time Salary License/Certifications: Michigan medical license; ABMS board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (must be current) Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in REI; leadership experience preferred Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon interview Competitive salary based on experience and training Relocation assistance provided Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), including health, dental, vision Life insurance and disability coverage Retirement programs Paid time off, sick leave, holidays CME allowance, Tuition reimbursement Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & HSA options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursable expenses when applicable What You’ll Do Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division Oversee and develop a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program Deliver expert outpatient reproductive endocrine care and perform advanced fertility treatments Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure clinical standards are met Supervise multidisciplinary clinical teams and collaborate across departments Contribute to strategic planning and expansion of reproductive medicine services Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative duties Participate in call coverage and weekend rotations as required Maintain compliance with institutional, state, and national care standards What You Need Valid Michigan medical license; full and unrestricted license preferred Board certification in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (must be current) Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in REI Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Ability to manage a busy outpatient fertility program confidently About the Assignment Join a highly respected reproductive medicine team at a leading facility in Rochester Hills, MI.
