What The Position is About:

\n
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch
\n
• Manage the Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, and the Shop Manager while supporting the Superintendents, field employees, and Regional Operations leadership
\n
• Serve as the primary escalation point for customer, contractor, and project concerns
\n
• Improve operational processes, production KPIs, safety programs, and overall efficiency
\n
• Assist in resolving operational and field-related challenges to maintain productivity
\n
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
\n
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, safety, technology, and corporate leadership to ensure alignment with overall business goals
\n
• Create a high performance culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability
\n

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Commercial roofing operations experience
\n
• Proven leadership experience making branch-level decisions

• Experience working across multiple departments and locations
