This full-time, on-site contract role focuses on psychoeducational assessments, collaborating with educational teams, and helping foster student success across diverse school communities. Key Qualifications:

  • Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Prior experience in school-based psychological evaluations and services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Excellent organizational abilities and flexibility to operate at two campus locations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines for school psychology
  • Passion for helping students thrive in their academic environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments for special education eligibility and re-evaluations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing psychological expertise to IEP development
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to develop support strategies for student learning and progress
  • Provide thorough written reports documenting assessment findings and recommendations
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and district policies and procedures
  • Communicate assessment results and recommendations to families in both English and Spanish
  • Note: This position does not involve counseling responsibilities
