Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical Competence Certificate (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations within educational or healthcare settings
- Teletherapy proficiency and familiarity with the related technology/platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to personalized, evidence-based therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver speech-language services to students with diverse needs
- Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement effective interventions
- Document and report on student improvements and therapy outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, ensuring interventions support academic and social growth
- Work both on-site and via teletherapy, as appropriate to student needs
