Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC (Speech-Language Pathologist, Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience working with elementary-age students preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech and language intervention strategies, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
- Adapt intervention methods to meet diverse student needs
- Foster a positive, encouraging learning space for all students
- Track student progress and communicate findings to school staff and families
