Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current Pennsylvania state license
- Required state clearances
- Eligibility to work with early intervention populations
- Experience or interest in pediatric, school-based settings
- CCC or CFY credentials welcomed
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to children in early intervention programs
- Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Maintain required documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needs
- Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility and re-evaluation processes
- Act as a resource to parents and educators on speech-language topics
