Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid certification/license as a school psychologist (state of CT or eligible for reciprocity)
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills
- Familiarity with special education procedures and multi-disciplinary teams
- Excellent collaboration abilities
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide direct counseling for elementary students
- Participate in IEP development and team meetings
- Consult with educators, administrators, and families to support student needs
- Develop and implement behavioral and academic interventions
- Maintain clear documentation and progress reports
