Step into a rewarding onsite contract opportunity supporting students and young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the York and New Oxford/Gettysburg, PA regions. Multiple in-person positions are currently available, serving Early Intervention and K-12 populations across several school settings—no virtual roles at this time.

Open positions include:

  • Two providers for the North Eastern School District, working from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (35 hours per week, Aug 18, 2026 – May 27, 2027). Manage a diverse caseload of 50-55 students across two elementary buildings, supporting both general education and autistic support classrooms, with some case management.
  • One Early Intervention SLP provider for ages 3-5 with special education needs. This full-time, year-round role (with frequent school breaks) is based in New Oxford/Gettysburg and includes dedicated paperwork time weekly.
  • One SLP/CF for the 2026/2027 school year with Northeastern School District (elementary, location TBD). SLPAs are not accepted for these roles.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active PA Speech-Language Pathologist Certification and PA Teaching Certification (required with application)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (SLP-CCC)
  • Strong experience in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Comfortable managing caseloads with diverse support needs and some case management
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome, provided agency covers supervision fee
  • Proficiency and enthusiasm for in-person service delivery
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to K-12 or EI students according to IEPs/IFSPs
  • Work closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Participate in case management duties as needed
  • Complete documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance paperwork
