Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility/CFY status
  • Previous experience working in school environments is highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver evidence-based therapy

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school staff and families
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to K-12 students, both individually and in groups
  • Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support students’ educational, social, and behavioral growth
