A growing global manufacturing organization is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist to oversee international logistics, import/export administration, trade compliance, and global transportation coordination. Key Responsibilities

- Manage international import and export logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant movement of goods.
- Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation, shipping records, HTS classifications, and related trade compliance materials.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and improve transportation performance.
- Monitor global shipments, identify delays or compliance risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders.
- Support process improvements within international logistics, ERP transactions, documentation workflows, and carrier management.
- Ensure logistics activities align with applicable U.S. and international regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $85,000 to $110,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: Los Angeles, CA.
