Position Title: Material Handler – 2nd Shift

Location: 15765 Acorn Trail, Faribault, MN 55021

Shift Timing: Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM | 42.00 Hours Per Week

Anticipated Start Date: 1–2 Weeks

Duration: 4-Month Contract with the possibility of extension or full-time conversion.

Pay Rate: $20.00/Hour on W2

Job Summary

Hiring a Material Handler to support warehouse and manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include moving materials, operating forklifts, performing inventory transactions in Epicor (ERP), maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Move, stage, and transfer materials for production.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Perform inventory transactions using Epicor (ERP).
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and 5S standards.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Warehouse/material handling experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and ERP knowledge (Epicor preferred).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
