Speech Language Pathologist in Dover, PA

Step into a dynamic school-based environment supporting students’ communication and academic growth as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple full-time, onsite SLP positions are available, serving Early Intervention and K-12 students across several sites in an engaging educational atmosphere. These roles offer a collaborative setting with caseloads in both traditional elementary and specialized support programs.

Opportunities include:

• Two in-person SLPs for a district-based assignment (August 2026–May 2027), covering 50-55 students across two elementary schools, including regular education and autism support, plus some case management responsibilities.
• One Early Intervention SLP role supporting children ages 3-5 with special education needs, featuring a year-round schedule and dedicated paperwork time.
• An additional SLP opening (2026/2027 school year), focusing on elementary students with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.

Our ideal candidates will bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• SLP-CCC credential
• Active Pennsylvania SLP Certificate and PA Teaching Certificate (required at time of application)
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to serving children in-person (virtual roles are not available at this time)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students per IEPs
• Complete assessments, develop and implement therapy plans
• Collaborate with educators and families for an inclusive educational process
• Manage documentation and case coordination as assigned
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
