Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology
• Current Arizona School Psychologist credential(s)
• Valid IVP fingerprint card as required in Arizona
• Strong foundation in psychoeducational assessment, behavior intervention, and student counseling
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ academic and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to design and implement effective intervention and support plans
• Guide the development of supportive learning environments and promote positive mental health practices
• Provide direct counseling and support services to students individually or in groups
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district policies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute professional insights
• May have the opportunity to provide services virtually, depending on district needs
