Mental Health Therapist (Accepting Associate/Provisional License)

Location: St. George, UT
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible daytime schedule)
Setting: Residential Treatment Center (Adolescents)
Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy for adolescents in a nationally recognized residential treatment program. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about working with teens and families while contributing to a collaborative, evidence-based treatment environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate Program using the Core Value Behavioral Change Model.
Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Communicate regularly with families regarding treatment progress.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge planning.
Support students' emotional, behavioral, and social development.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Utah Associate or independent licensure (AMFT, LMSW, ALPC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent).
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Experience working of emotional, behavioral, and social development.
Preferred:
Residential Treatment Center experience.
Experience working with adolescents (ages 12-17).
Minimum 2 years of experience working with high-conflict families.
