Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior HR Compliance Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition integrity and compliance initiatives. This role is responsible for conducting initial investigations into candidate integrity concerns, reviewing and documenting findings, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure appropriate actions are taken in accordance with company policies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in investigations, Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management and possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. This position will also play a key role in tracking fraud and misconduct trends, maintaining investigation records, and supporting reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct first-level investigations related to candidate integrity concerns and hiring fraud.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant case documentation to support investigative findings and audit requirements.
Communicate investigation outcomes and recommendations to Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
Track and analyze fraud and misconduct trends using reporting tools and dashboards.
Prepare weekly reports and presentations outlining case activity, trends, and insights.
Manage and update JIRA boards to ensure timely case tracking and SLA compliance.
Maintain the Fraud & Misconduct Tracker and support data analysis through Tableau dashboards.
Draft Reports of Investigation (ROI), process documentation, and SOP updates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Skills
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required.
3+ years of investigation experience.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a corporate team environment.

Pay Details: $28.57 per hour
