Associate Attorney

We're seeking a motivated Associate Attorney who is eager to build litigation and client counseling experience in a collaborative, supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies

• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings

• Negotiate favorable resolutions on behalf of clients

• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with litigation deadlines

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service

• Meet billing expectations while maintaining high-quality work product

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active Bar membership and license to practice

• 10+ years of civil litigation experience

• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management

• Knowledge of traditional billing practices, including billable and non-billable time

• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
