Job Description

This full-time role focuses on elementary-aged students where you’ll support caseloads of approximately 40 SPED students with IEPs per school—without the responsibility of delivering direct services. Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license as a School Psychologist
- Previous experience as a school psychologist, ideally at the elementary level
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessments, and special education regulations
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to effectively support staff, families, and students in a consultative model
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies for student success
- Partner with teachers and special education staff to support effective interventions
- Provide guidance to ensure compliance with federal, state, and school policies
- Foster positive relationships with parents and school community members
